Beth Pokotilow Fink realized her passion for events at a young age and began pursuing it professionally in college. Graduating from Indiana University with a degree focused on hospitality, Beth worked at IU’s on campus catering facility and learned the industry from the bottom up. After graduating she moved back to New York City where she worked as an event coordinator at the University Club and Columbia University. While planning events during the day Beth furthered her knowledge of the food and beverage industry by obtaining a Masters in Food Studies and Management from New York University at night. Beth then spent 7 years as the Senior Catering and Events Manager of the Glazier Group in New York (Bridgewaters, Twenty Four Fifth, The Strip House, Monkey Bar and Michael Jordan’s Steak House N.Y.C).
After planning over 400 weddings, 200 mitzvahs and hundreds of corporate event’s and non-profit affairs, Beth went out on her own and started Beth Fink Events.
